When drinking water makes you feel sick, your body has already switched to the wrong path. A path that destroys the possibility of naturally regulating many of the bodily functions. This brings on a bundle of symptoms for illnesses that are impossible to fix without restoring the right balance of water in your body.

For example, a momentarily loss of sight after you get up too quickly is a consequence of a brief interruption in blood supply to the brain, which is in turn caused by low blood volume due to underlying dehydration.

Vessel spasms, increased heartbeat trigger headaches and heart pain. All this discomfort is easily eliminated by upping the water intake to normal levels; i.e. drinking an ounce of water for every pound you weigh. This stabilizes blood pressure and ultimately means significantly less prescription drugs.

Treat heartburn, and constipation with a regular few sips of water every 15-20 minutes, every day. The dampening the stomach lining relaxes hyper-excretion and its negative effects on esophageal mucus and the stomach itself. At the same time, the continuous flow from stomach to intestines supports and stimulates intestinal muscles that move food along the tract. Water restores upset stomach's functions within a week, two at most!

Lastly let me say a word about the effect of water on ligaments, muscles, and cartilage. Dehydration can lead to lowered elasticity in connective tissue and leads to swelling. With age, the percentage of water in the body drops, along with joint mobility, which elevates arthritis, myositis, and radiculitis. Further, the dehydration increases muscle tension and cramping. Ligaments are an extension of the muscles, where the condition of joints is dependent on the elasticity of the surrounding muscles and ligaments. There is a direct relation between water and prevention of arthritis, arthritis, osteoarthritis, and other degenerative inflammatory diseases of the muscoskeletal system.

Start out your day with a few sips of water, no need to drink an entire glass. Add on a few more sips every 20-30 minutes, so that you finish off a half liter bottle within 3 hours. The healing process begins when your appetite for water soars.

Reducing your dehydration even by just 1/2 will normalize blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar levels, increase joint and ligament elasticity, eliminate dizziness and tinnitus (ringing in the ears), and reduce headache. All around, you will feel like you have found the cure to all conditions- the legendary panacea!
